The Euphrates Post correspondent in Deir ez-Zor province, which is under the control of the Assad regime and the Iranian and Russian militias, reported the arrival of foreign nationals to an “Iranian Revolutionary Guard” camp in the western countryside of Deir ez-Zor.
Our correspondent said: Two medium-sized transport buses carrying groups of Afghan “Fatimiyoun” militia members arrived at the Ayyash warehouse camp in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, coming from their locations in the city of Albukamal in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.
Our correspondent added that the arrival of these reinforcements coincided with the departure of a batch of elements from the Ayyash warehouses towards the city of Palmyra, with the aim of strengthening the positions of the Iranian militias there.
In a related context, another batch of militia members in the city of Al-Bukamal went to the Al-Kitf neighborhood on the outskirts of the city, with the aim of strengthening their positions opposite the areas controlled by the “SDF” and the International Coalition in the east of the Euphrates.
On the other hand, the “Zainabiyoun” militia and the 47th regiment of the “Iranian Revolutionary Guards” militia have been conducting military exercises in the Hamdan Desert in the Al-Bukamal countryside for several consecutive days, using heavy and medium weapons.
It is noteworthy that the Euphrates Post network published news two days ago, about the evacuation of several headquarters and sites by the “Fatimiyoun” militia within the security square in the “Tammo” neighborhood in the city of Al-Mayadin in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and its members moved towards the housing associations at the entrance to the city of Deir ez-Zor.
