The Euphrates Post has received special information confirming that oil traders in areas controlled by the SDF, and even those who deal with the Assad regime and send shipments to its areas of control, are paying ISIS royalties through latter delegates in SDF control areas.

According to information provided by a source in the village of Deir Ezzor, who asked not to be named, these royalties are offered in return for not being exposed to the cells of the organization deployed frequently in the countryside of Deir Ezzor oil shipments, whether sent to areas under Kurdish control, or areas controlled by the regime and the militias of Iran.

According to the source, the payments of royalties are made periodically, without being able to one of them, and comes after the division “ISIS” areas lost within Syria into sectors, each of which are divided into cells composed of each group of elements, entrusted with tasks Specific.

As for how the royalty is delivered, it is often done at night because of the loss of the security presence of the SDF, noting that these operations are carried out with the knowledge of SDF leaders who have agreed to this method for their inability to protect convoys and oil trucks from attacks by the organization.

According to the same source, “ISIS” is currently following another method of receiving financial support, which is the receipt of financial transfers from investments and companies in the Gulf and European countries, and receive the personalities and elements belonging to them living in areas controlled by “SDF”

Some of these transfers were sent to the camps where members and members of the organization are currently located, after paying large bribes to SDF leaders and members who supervise the camps.

It is noteworthy that the areas of control “SDF” in the countryside of Deir al-Zour is in a state of discontent among its population, because of the continued transfer of oil and food from these areas, to areas controlled by the Assad forces and the militias of Iran.

The Euphrates Post correspondent reported earlier that anger and resentment in the eastern countryside of Deir Ez-Zour was caused by the transfer of oil and the regime’s forces from the town of al-Shuhil to the town of Qaras, which is controlled by the regime in the West Bank opposite the Euphrates River.

Our correspondent added that traders have monopolized the oil, which has led to an increase in its price. Oil is smuggled through representatives of the Al-Qatraji company close to the Assad regime in the region, with a green light from the SDF leadership and by pipelines crossing the Euphrates River and rivers.

Over the past two weeks, the Shuhil has witnessed demonstrations calling for improving the living conditions in the town, improving services, and not monopolizing oil wells.
