Revealed information obtained by the “Euphrates Post” from private sources,
Leaders of Turkey-backed “National Army” factions made deals with the Assad regime, selling them fertilizers, grains, and other fortunes in the newly-controlled areas of Raqqa and Hasaka, after expelling the “SDF” forces.
According to the information, according to the sources who requested anonymity, the Qatirji militia was the mediator between the two parties.
Factions from the National Army, and only weeks after entering the countryside of Raqqa, including Tel Abyad,
As well as Ras Al-Ain in the countryside of Hasaka, I stole fertilizers and grains stored in the silos of the region,
Among them are Sakrat silos south of Tal Abyad, and ALIAA silos,
Mabrouka silos, and Ras Al-Ain silos.
According to information, silos of SALOUK were stolen by Abu Azzam Sharqiya, one of the leaders of “Ahrar al-Sharqiya” in cooperation with Thamer Al-Haddou (from the city of Tal Abyad), and they also stole the silos of the corridors that contained barley, wheat and fertilizers, so that a ton of barley would be sold for 25 thousand Syrian pounds. Wheat costs 65 thousand liras, and the homeland of fertilizers is 100 thousand liras.
The sale of these materials to the Qatirji militia took place south of the city of Tal Abyad, 35 km from the Sharkrak region, and then transported by cargo cars to the depth of the Assad regime’s control areas.
The greed of some faction leaders and stealing the bounties of the areas they controlled, and selling them either to the black market or to the Qatirji militia that entered the city of Ain Issa in the northern countryside of Raqqa, took place in full view of the Turkish forces that did not lift a finger to prevent the conclusion of these deals.
Among the stolen materials is also the cotton crop in Salouk, and from the Al-Alia region, where it was sold to Al-Qatirji at a price of 75 thousand liras per ton, as well as the silos of Ras Al-Ain by the leadership of the Hamzah division and sold to the Qatirji.
Among the silos affected by the hand of theft are AL-ALIA silos that “Ahrar Al Sharqiya” managed to control, and they contain 3,500 tons of wheat, and the rock silos that contain 10 thousand tons of wheat south of the city of Tal Abyad.
It is noteworthy that Hussam Katerji and his brothers, who represent one of the economic hands of the Assad regime, were the main mediators in the deals conducted by the regime with “SDF” and “ISIS”, including what happened in 2017,
When ISIS sold a large amount of wheat grain in the area (ten kilometers silo on the Hasaka road), to the merchant Hussam Al-Qatirji, his traffic was facilitated in exchange for what was called by “ISIS” with zakat receipts paid to ISIS, in addition to his oil trade with “ISIS” Which did not stop over the years of the latter’s control of large areas in eastern Syria.
Following the remnants of ISIS, Al-Qatirji continued to support the system economically, through similar deals with “SDF”, where the latter also opened the doors of Al-Raqqa to enter the mechanisms of the American punished Al-Qatirji Company, with the aim of purchasing cotton from the peasants.
The “Euphrates Post” had previously highlighted the current oil trade between the “SDF” and the Assad regime, and the passing of dozens of tanks daily to the areas of the Regime, through the Salmia Tabkaa road, and the contractor company Al-Qatirji itself.
